Thank you for beginning this journey of Understanding! I'm Lorraine Villaroel, owner and Facilitator here at The Interior Journey. A lifetime of journaling and countless hours of solitude and silence, brought me to a place of deep awareness of my ignorance and my immense capacity for self-delusion. But, in this place of darkness, I also discovered the deep, all embracing Presence of God and a quiet whisper that I learned to recognise as my Inner Voice. And my calling soon became clear, Live in the Spirit, Follow the Spirit and Share the Revelation. I created The Interior Journey in response to that calling. Here, you'll learn the power of journaling. I'll also share with you my personal journal reflections. I'll share my deepest hurts, my joy and yes, the revelations, so that your journey may be easier, so that you too may uncover your voice and awaken the Power that is within you.
